AnyIdea supports Admins and Innovation Managers in their work through automated communication and a variety of messages related to campaigns and projects.
With regard to Scouts, the topics of transparency and motivation are covered, because activities are clearly formulated and timely sent.

The Innovation Manager resp. the Campaign or Project Member is informed about:
  • general information:
    • Invitation as Innovation Manager to the company (as well as reminders)
  • with regard to campaigns:
    • Info about invitation to a campaign as a Campaign Member (as well as reminders)
    • Info about not yet viewed ideas in a campaign (summary every 3 days)
    • Info about receiving a comment on the campaign
    • Proposal for next activities related to the campaign (at half the duration of the campaign)
    • Reminder to evaluate ideas (10 days before campaign end)
  • with regard to projects:
    • Info about invitation to the project as a Project Member
    • Info about change of the project status
    • Info about due date of project status (3 days before due date)

The Scout is informed about:

    • Reminder to send campaign ideas (10 or 14 days before campaign end)
    • Info about the end of a campaign and the achieved ranking

    • Info about receipt of idea
    • Info about receiving a Like, receiving a comment and about a good evaluation of the idea
    • Info about starting a project from the idea
The Evaluator is informed about:
  • Info about invitation to a campaign as Evaluator
  • Reminder to evaluate ideas (10 days before campaign end)

Where can I see which package I am currently using?

As an admin or manager, you can see in the settings which package you are currently using as well as how many ideas you have already received and how many you can still receive. Depending on the package, you can receive different numbers of ideas.

If you are still in the trial phase, you can contact us by email via the “Upgrade” button and send us an email regarding upgrade of your AnyIdea package. The pricing overview of AnyIdea packages you can find here.

You can unlock ideas with a voucher code. This will increase the number of your available ideas.
To do this, go in your role as Admin to the Setup. In the field “Vouchers” enter the voucher code (observe correct spelling!) and confirm afterwards. The number of available ideas will be increased by the number of ideas included in the voucher code.
Depending on the voucher code, a different number of ideas will be unlocked. You can unlock ideas with voucher codes in any AnyIdea package.
