In the area of strategy, the company advises its clients on digital transformation, business model development and the scaling of business models. Design is an essential strategic tool here. The services here include creation, concept, UI/UX and MVPs. On the technical side, mogree covers everything you need to develop digital products and services in an individual and scalable way: Mobile and web apps, voice services, IoT and connected services, as well as backend solutions, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and services. The benefits
AnyIdea was developed so that organizations and teams can simply become more innovative. SMEs in particular should be supported with the digital solution. AnyIdea fulfills exactly this purpose at mogree. Despite flexible working hours and working from home, colleagues can be innovative at any time. When a new campaign starts, i.e. a digital ideas competition, everyone immediately receives an automated e-mail notification and a request to diligently send their ideas. Once the initial ideas are available, colleagues start liking and commenting on their ideas among themselves. That makes being creative fun. At the same time, the digital ideas competition with employees promotes the company's innovative culture. The popularity of the ideas can be seen in the leaderboard. The result is exciting competition and interaction is promoted, which makes everyday working life a bit easier. As a result of the projects resulting from the top ideas, colleagues work together in different teams. That enables intrapreneurship and promotes collaboration.
The procedure
Whether to create a more pleasant office life, to develop innovative solutions or simply to find ideas on a current topic — AnyIdea is used in all areas of mogree.
In one of the digital idea competitions with employees, which was launched in May 2020 in view of Covid-19 developments, ideas were sought for approaches to a new way of working. All colleagues were invited to express their ideas, ideas and opinions. Considered should be considered in addition to new working models and ways of working The topic of work-life balance will also be. The “new way of working” campaign ran for three weeks. Valuable Ideas were generated. The colleagues also liked and commented on their ideas among themselves. This has ensured a lively exchange and a lot of input for concept development. The ideas range from a digital nomad existence to a 4-day week and squad-specific office days to professional socialising. Other promising ideas suggest agile core times and maximum flexibility.

The result
The first campaign was launched in November 2019. From then until now, mogree has held a total of 12 digital idea competitions with employees. These include KVP campaigns, a campaign for green innovations and a trend campaign. For example, they collected ideas for Mother's Day gifts, for social events and for a better CO2 footprint in the office. But more complex projects were also implemented with AnyIdea. A campaign included the topic of “Ideas for internal business cases.” We were looking for new business areas that could be implemented with existing technologies. With a total of 12 campaigns, over 244 ideas were generated. These ideas have received over 800 likes so far and almost 600 evaluations have been carried out. With AnyIdea, Mogree also has an ongoing continuous idea box.
